As a result, we recently had network loss issues at our company with SQLSTATE, which means error message 08S01 or SQLSTATE = 08001. We need multiple servers that run applications that client systems connect to and then retrieve data. One of our servers and cleaners has a Microsoft MySQL server database. However, the mySQL host and the other server that the clients are talking to are having network problems. If they are connected directly to the server via Remote Desktop Connection, there will be no network problems, which is unusual since they always connect to the server through the network type. Either these concepts, problems do not arise for a specific reason, they are completely random and unexpected. Sometimes we can live the whole day without any problems, while at other timeswe have problems every hour or several times a day.
Server operating systems: Windows 2008 R2 SP1 64-bit with all updates including all Enterprise Update 2775511. http: /
Client PCs: Windows 7 64-bit with Service Pack 1 (SP1) with all updates including Cumulative Update 2775511 for Business. http: /
Used network equipment: Dell PowerConnect 5324 switch (master switch), Cisco sf200-24p switch (many in the company), Netgear WNDAP660 access point (main access point), SonicWall 210 tz (main firewall)
Secondary DNS Location: A second server that hosts other computer applications to which our clients connect.
- Windows Firewall is disabled on all systems
- All power saving features of the system, including the network card, are disabled.
- Checked the DHCP configuration and made sure everything was configured correctly.
- Make sure there are no frequent conflicts.in IP addresses or strange leases of IP addresses.
- Can boot from nslookup on both systems with IP or system name. (However, if there is a difference, the servers are unavailable, and with them you can’t even ping them.)
- Checked cable pins and replaced all network cables leading to servers and key points. (Since the problem is from the entire company, I’m pretty sure these are not all cables, but most likely cables going back to the server hosting the DHCP device, which might have a broken cable, just like that, it isn’t. helped)
- Tried the following and followed all the steps in this support article due to Microsoft: http: /
- All access points and servers, printers get their own static IP addresses, and the best client PCs have DHCP leases enabled.
- Check your DNS configuration and everything looks fine. (I hope I’m not missing something)
- System resources are checked and we are producing a lot of leftover resources and the network operator is not overloaded with network traffic.
- Unfortunately, the deputy on the switches to which they are connected did not solve the problem.
- Connects to a small number of systems directly to the master switch to which the servers are connected to check if other switches we offer in the company may be faulty, although there are still problems in the systems closest to the host.
- I’ve tried a lot of other things but don’t remember resting yet.
