When Should The Envelope Itself Be Installed?

Make Sure The Offer Is Still Selected
If the envelope icon is probably not displaying as expected, first make sure this setting is turned on;
- File-> Parameters section-> Mail-> Parameter group: Inbox-> Parameter: display the envelope icon in the exact system tray.
Unused and inactive characters in the notification area are automatically hidden pretty quickly.
For hidden Outlook icons, you can either expand our custom notification area to see icons that aren’t in use, or customize the notification area to make sure the envelope is displayed.
Windows 7
To customize the icon for the notification area in Windows 7, use;
- Start-> Control Panel-> Appearance and Personalization-> Taskbar and Start Menu -> Customize Button …
- Locate the envelope and click the Enabled dropdown, and then configure from … “Show only notifications” to “World Famous and Show Notifications”
- Click OK twice to close these open windows.
Windows 8
To customize yourStart notification settings in Windows 8, use:
- Right-click the Start menu -> Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Taskbar and Navigation -> Customize Button …
- Find it and click dropdown menu – List the menu and customize it from “Send notifications only” to “Show symbol and notifications”.
- Click OK twice to close open windows.
Personalize Windows 10 – return to the notification area icon. Use Windows 10;
- Start-> Settings-> Personalization-> Taskbar-> Choose where to display the icons on the taskbar.
- Find an entry for Microsoft Outlook with a bag symbol.
- Click the Off toggle button to set it to On so the symbol is no longer automatically hidden.
Customize the taskbar so that the new envelope email is always displayed in the notification area.
Note.
By default, this option is disabled because you previously right-clicked the envelope icon in the notification area and then selected: Close the envelope.
The ideal way to temporarily hide an envelope is to mark a message as read by Outlook, or select a message you’ve already searched for and press CTRL + ENTER
Hiding an envelope with the right mouse button completely disables this option.
Note.
The envelope icon also appears in the Outlook icon itself, unless you have customized the Windows taskbar to display small designs. Works regardless of the notification area setting.

When Outlook is running, the Outlook icon also appears in the notification area (often called the taskbar) to the right of the taskbar.
You can also declare the Windows key and B at the same time and then press Enter to show hidden icons on the taskbar.
