This error only occurs due to problems with Unidrv.dll if .NET is installed. You can override some of the settings on the Advanced tab for your customswarms to help stop bugs. 1. In Printer Settings, Advanced tab, completely change the TrueType font from Replace Device Font to Download as SoftFont 2. ChangeSend the Bitmap True Type to this Enabled option. 3. Change the print data optimization to text and vector only. This should help reduce the pclxl error. Another suggestion is to use a non-generic PCL driver and a PL driver.
When printing to Toshiba estudio 5520c I immediately get the following error

I don’t have Toshiba technology and rarely play with it, but if there is a PCL XL error it is most likely PCL6.
First, I would completely uninstall the driver (not only delete the printer from the printers directory, but also delete all print server properties files) and reinstall this tool.
InSecond, if the device supports PCL5c, I would try it instead – I prefer it to PCL6 because the coils are short, tend to print faster, and aging can be checked and verified a lot more. I also believe that PCL6 does not offer any specific advantages over PCL5c. Personally, I know it’s a little tasty, but I don’t think I’m the only one who has this important point of view.
