To render, make sure the functional area spans the entire timeline selection by choosing Render Stage from the timeline pop-up menu.
If you are working with a file that differs from the rest of the footage, transfer the file to DV-AVI format.
- Create an Adobe Premiere Elements project with the same locations as your clip.
- Just import the clip itself and add it to the entire timeline / scene.
- Click Export, Send & and select Devices> Computer> 720 X 480 Resolution.
- Select an AVI format from the platform drop-down list, enter a file name, and choose a descriptive location for the file. Click on “Save”.
- Open source Premiere Elements project. In the Project tab, right-click the entire source file and select Replace Footage. Select the file created in step 4.
NOTE. DV is a standard avi file that also has some settings for frame rate and height. If these settings do not match your family plan’s settings, skip this step.
Often this type of error is caused by a specific clip in your program. Using different materials from many of your clips (eg, different camera, different format, different codec, exclusive frame size, different frame rate) can be problematic.
If possible, remove these clips from your schedule or from your scene and render or export your favorite project again.
- Open the Crisis Project in Premiere Adobe Elements.
- Save the entire original project and create a copy of the test call by choosing File> Save As and renaming the test project.
- In the test project, delete everything from half to the end.
- Clickthe Export & Sharing tab, then click Disk. Select the DVD or Blu-ray settings you want, select Disc from the drop-down list of types and, if necessary, click Burn:
- If most of the errors persist, repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 and try again with the extra (first) half of the timeline content.
- If there are no more bugs, add the shows you removed in the small group test every time you add them. If the error persists, the cause is most certainly one of the most recent clips added over the timeline.
- Once users find a problem clip, they can replace your original project and delete or repair the problem clip or file.
- Save the revised version of the export project to DVD or Blu-ray disc.

So WHY does the export fail? Usually human error occurs when I use a lot of effects while editing. The effect that has often caused me this problem is the LUMETRI COLOR effect – if YOU use this effect, be aware of it in your body as well. I could of course get a DIFFERENT effect, so keep checking if Lumetri Color works.
