Can anyone help me enjoy my mp3 as I turn it on. Either it says “damaged file system”, or even the backlight continues to flash without stopping, and otherwise I will not be able to play a comedy. I just got this so I don’t know what happened. Someone will know what to do when they say “damaged filesystem”. Please help us and THANKS!

yes to call support some other time …
turn on your mp3 user
hold the power button for only 10 seconds to reboot the system when or it does not reboot as well then turn it on immediately
then hope you have copies of most of your songs somewhere, as you will have to work on the same computer after connecting your mp3 system to it
.. then on the right is the mp3 player / file symbol which appears in the form
then click format … say yes / ok to many warnings ..
then sync the music returning to your player with Windows Media Player, you may have used b4 … < / p>
now remove the player from the computer and the audio player should appear. …
and of course you are good.
I think this is a problem with many of these players ….

Hi,
I received my RCA H125A MP3 player around Christmas 06. Played great. Now I have the file “Corrupted System”. I can’t navigate or do anything, but I can still see a purple / blue screen, it really is frozen. I also hear the groan of a full click, as if something is spinning inside. Words can’t figure out why this is actually happening and I don’t know how to fix this problem. I am an RCA technician who can contact me.

yes, all refer to previous posts ..
If you hold the Run button for more than 15 seconds, the player should restart for a few seconds …
otherwise. .. follow the above methods to format the disk.
if a good deal works.
walmart always gets down to business …. just complete a new one …

some don’t. for customer service? was a gift from a friend’s daughter and he had a matching problem and she threw out a newspaper with a number. and the newsletter does not take us any further!

We had a similar problem with the H115 model we bought for Christmas when our daughter was there. The good news is that after about 4 weeks we received a new purchase without any hassle. The bad news is that the exchange took a day and did the same. So this time we’re trying to get our money back for this stuff. This is, of course, a different department. Obviously, there is a big problem with these points. Christmas presents. The first time a product was wasted, the support team seemed perfect.

I think the predominant problem is “reset” option when a person presses the power button for more than 10 seconds. Sometimes it literally folds. Also, I haven’t used the wall action to charge my MP3 player, or any other devices I only use for my laptop. Yes, it is a bad electronic device, so I would not recommend you to buy it. However, you can’t take one thing that many RCA’s do and then judge their THOUSANDS of other great electronics.
Hope you find the customer service plans very friendly when you call them. I do not recommend email. Maybe where there are enough complainants, there will always be a callback and we will all be happy.

I have the same problem except when I additionally go to my computer to find the MP3 icon, or maybe it’s not there, so what should I do?

I also have H115 and I know that what I’ve always read seems to be similar to H125. I can’t find the icon on my computer – it seems that Flash is recognizing the device. Also recover file messages – important, corrupted power resets not working – any other suggestions?

I had your current H125 and was having the same problems as described. I sent it back and now advised many people not to wear it anymore and sent me a nice, solid H115. Looks like I need it when you’re in trouble and they pay me back financially. I had to buy an I-Pod
and more before Christmas = “POST1089590″> Sale!

Well, the H115 was pretty much the same as the H125, only the older model
thought about iPods … battery life deteriorates with overuse … as a wonderful schoolboy or class of students definitely use
I have had my H125 for 4 months now, I listen to the device every day, I connect it to my computer for charging and synchronization, the battery life remained the same and I had no problems because I had not glued it to the wall.
I just don’t think it costs a little more than $ 150 for each Apple and Apple name.
Since you can’t find the icon yet, your computer won’t recognize it, I really can’t help you. Better to do the same as Susan.
I really don’t know anything about the particular. So, h115, Daniel, your guess is still as good as my new body.
I think enough has been sold to recall this item soon.

Verna …. Call RCA Support, put # in the package .. 1-866-449-7112. I did so, and after they presented our rear section, they sent an alternative. No problem. However, the exchange took place on December 24th.
