You should read these troubleshooting tips if you get the “Readynas File System Check Progress” error message on your computer.

Thanks for the support. I got a ticket for my partner at Netgear and got 2 responses from two different women:

1. Connect the NAS directly to the LAN port on your PC.
2. Set the simple IP address on your PC to 192.168.168.5.
3. Start RAIDar at the same time as checking the NAS if it is found.
4. Turn off the NAS, remove the hard drives. (NOTE: Place the indicator in the hard drive bay that was originally used to replace drives, which will result in data loss)
5. Run RAIDar to go back and check if the NAS has a “Hard drive not detected” status. “” indicates.
6. Scan your hard drives using the diagnostic plan that came with the disc and an application that you can download from the hard drive manufacturer’s website.

I was wondering if the OS was installed on DUO, would this type affect the hard drives inside? does anyone have any experience with this? I’ll try the first sixth sentences first.
