Verizon Backup Assistant is a completely free service that allows you to store virtually any copy of Conquest Book from your corporate mobile phone on Verizon servers. Thereafter, customer backups can be restored at any time, either to your existing device or to a new phone, to keep your customer and employee address book entries safe. Backup Assistant is compatible with most Verizon cordless phones, and if you have a a reliable Android or BlackBerry phone, the system is already installed. However, if you have a suitable base, you need to download it first. The process is slightly different depending on whether the application you are saving is called Download Now or simply Media.

Installing BackupAssist Classic
This section explains how to download BackupAssist Classic to the computer that will be used for backups. Most of the backups will be data and many on the local server, but file copies also allow you to select data from shares if the shares were added to Classic backupassist via network paths
You must deploy Classic backupassist with an account that has the required permissions for this computer.
Note: ‘> Note. After installing BackupAssist Classic, a reboot is recommended if you are installing on a computer that does not have a previous version of BackupAssist installed. Classic is certainly installed if all or all of the system or assembly files need to be installed.
Migrating The Classic Version Of BackupAssist
When you start BackupAssist v11 for the first time, it checks if you have upgraded from a previous version of BackupAssist Classic and gives you the best opportunity to migrate your backup settings and jobs.
Note. ‘> Note. To obtain a license for the latest version of BackupAssist Classic, customers will need a valid BackupCare. BackupCare allows you to access the latest version. To confirm your current BackupCare status, simply check your current license.

If you are still a new customer, select Download from the Latest Version tab. Are you used to the trial registration page? Enter the required information and select Download BackupAssist.
If you are already a customer, purchase the download from the Upgrade / Upgrade tab.
When BackupAssist Classic starts downloading, you will be prompted to confirm the usual download location or choose a new one permanently. Select or confirm download and Office, a file named setupBA_x.x.x.exe will be saved. x.x.x refers to the current version of BackupAssist Classic.
