I’m new to these online forums and recently installed Symantec Antivirus 10.1.5.5000 on my home computer.
From time to time, when I turn off my computer, I receive the following error message:

I’m not worried, I’m just curious because this doesn’t happen often. But again, I don’t like the error messages when I log in.
Does anyone here know what our reason is, and if there is a terrible workaround, this message no longer appears?
