If you have Outlook access rules that are not working on your computer, this article might help. If the rule is not supposed to work in Outlook 2016, 2013, 2011, or any other version, the user’s rule might be client-side and Outlook definitely won’t start when an email is received. If your site wants the rules to work even when Outlook is not running, sign in to your account using web access like OWA and recreate the rules there.
We can use Office 365 Outlook Web to achieve fairness with regular ID email.
I created two rule settings – “Inbound” and “Check rules” – “Inbound rules”.
We set both rules, we really like it, only the content of the subject line is completely different.
But these rules don’t work. We are not logging in with this shared email ID as we receive incoming emails and this email ID.
This article applies to Outlook Web App, which is used by organizations that manage most mail servers that run Exchange Server 2013 or 2010. Sign in to Outlook Web App in the correct web browser using the URL provided, as well as the person who manages your awesome organization’s email. Enter your username and code, then select Login.

At the top of the page, select Settings> Options.

Sort in the Organize Email Options> Inbox Rules.
The Inbox Rules page provides a detailed overview of all Inbox rules. Here you can check what the currency does, disable or enable rules, create new rules, modify existing rules, or delete rules that are larger not needed.
