Select File> Manage Rules and Alerts Directly to open the Rules and Alerts dialog box.

On the Email Rules tabs, select New Rule.

Select one of the templates in step 1. To start with an empty rule, select Apply rule to messages I receive or Apply rule to messages I send.

In the Step 2: Change Dominant Description box, click each of the underlinedmeans to define them. For example, if you selected Flag Someone’s Messages, if you plan to follow up in Step 1, click People or User Group, select the messages from senders that someone wants to report, and then click Track flight information. ” At this point, you choose a marker and a follow-up visit.

Click Next.
On the second page of the rule wizard, you can add additional conditions to your rule. For example, you can make a decision that was sent by a certain person, which also includes certain words in that person or in the body of the message.

The Step 1: Select Condition (s) field checks all the conditions that you set in the previous screen. You can select several additional conditions to check their boxes.

In this step 2: edit the 18-yard rule description area by clickingNo additional underlined terms that the audience just added. Then click Next.
On the third page of the rules wizard, you can select additional actions for the message. For example, you can pin tracking messages and mark each message as very important.

In the most important field of step 1: select the condition (s), every concept you define in the first screen is actually tested. You can choose several additional behaviors by checking the corresponding checkboxes.

In step 2, edit the rule profile field, click the additional underlined solutions that you just added. Then click Next.
On this fourth page of the Rules Wizard, you can add exceptions to any rule. For example, you can also check that they are flagged as important so that messages marked with your levelimportance have not been noted. Keep your eyes on it.

In the “Step 1: Select Condition (s)” field, select each exclusion rule by checking the appropriate boxes.

In the Step 2: Change the Description of the Law box, click the other underlined exceptions you just added. Then click Next.

On the last page of the Rules Wizard, you will find a name for your rule.

If you want to apply a rule to messages you have already received, make sure that the rule now applies to text messages in your Inbox.

Enable this rule is enabled by default. You can easily clear this check box if you do not want the rule to be enabled at this stage in this situation.

Click Finish to save and activate the rule.

On the File tab, select Manage Rules and Notifications.

In the popular Rules and Alerts dialog box, on the Email Rules tab, select the rule you want to delete.

Select Delete > OK.

On the File tab, select Manage Rules and Notifications, and on the Email Rules tab, select Execute Rules Now.

In the Run Rules Now area, under Select Rules to Run, select the check box for each rule that you want to run.

To select an exclusive folder, select Browse in the Run in Folder box, select a folder and click OK.
Select the Include Subfolders checkbox to include all folders in the folder selected in Method 3.

In the type of rule application cnPlease accept the normal settings for all messages, or change the read or unread messages.

Select Run Now.

Server Rules
When creating a Microsoft Exchange Server account to use, some of the tips are server-based. These rules are executed in the real mailbox of the Exchange mail server when Outlook is not running.Server-side rules should apply to messages when they are mostly sent to your mailbox, and unique codes should be able to work until these product types are completed on the server. For example, a rule that prohibits printing correspondence cannot be met until it is nearly completed on the server. If the theory cannot be applied on the server, if you start Outlook correctly, the following will apply and become the client-only rule.

Rules for clients
Rules only for clients – this is the rulela that apply only to your computer. These rules are actually executed in Outlook and not after the Exchange server. Client-only rules can be easily enforced while Outlook is running.

Server rules. If you are using a Microsoft Exchange Server account, some mechanisms are server-based.The rules are reserved for the client. Client-only rules are definitely rules that only run on your trusted computer.
