In the Options window, click Advanced, scroll down and click the Send / Receive button. In the group section of settings for all accounts, select the Include this command in send / receive (F9) checkbox, then select and enable the Schedule automatic send / receive almost every “XX minutes” checkbox.

If you work offline a lot and people enable the second option Schedule guaranteed send / receive every n minutes, Outlook will be torturedBe sure to send and receive your notifications at intervals you specify.
Remove Account From Automatic Sending / Receiving Forex Trading Signals
By default, all your accounts are in the All Accounts group. If someone just wants to remove one or more accounts from the automatic send / receive cycle, redefine the All Accounts group and delete those accounts. This does not affect your ability to manually send and receive messages to and through these accounts.

Select Send / Receive> Send / Receive Groups> Define Send and Receive Groups.

Select the account you want to remove people from and uncheck the “Include selected account in group settings” checkbox, then click OK.
To manually send web messages using the account you removed from the send / receive, select Send / Receive> Send / Receive Groups, then select the account you want to manually send and receive …

Select the send and receive group containing your email account You the experts want to change.

In the Group Name section for bulk send / receive, check the Schedule automatic send / receive of chemicals every minute.

Enter an actual number between 1 and 1440. The latter schedules automatic send / receive once a day for all accounts in this group.

If you like, you can explain the send / receive schedule when Microsoft Outlook is offline. Under When Outlook is offline, select the Schedule automatic send / receive every n minutes check box.
