It looks like the action parameter of type 51 ARPINSTALLLOCATION after CostFinalize is missing in InstallExecuteSequence.
The ARPINSTALLLOCATION property currently specifies the full path to the main product settings folder. Windows Installer writes this value to the uninstall registry key.
The ARPINSTALLLOCATION property is typically set by a custom property setup type processwa (process type 51).
Define ARPINSTALLLOCATION
Custom Action is the best built-in InstallShield custom action that is automatically used for Basic MSI and InstallScript MSI projects. If you remove this action in a non-standard way from your project, you may receive an ISBP08 warning.
