Here are some easy steps we can follow to fix some emails not received in Outlook.

Check your spam, junk mail and / or other mailboxes / folders. Use all the search options to find emails that might be missing and see if they end up in many folders. Delete your email account in the Outlook app and add it again. Check for pending updates for your device or Outlook app.

Click the Start button in the lower left corner of your Windows XP screen.
In the dialog box that opens, enter “CMD.EXE ” (without quotes). Click on OK. A Windows XP Command Prompt window will open. If you are using a larger Windows XP installation that has been modified by a single service pack update, enter “rundll32 wbemupgd, UpgradeRepository ” (without the quotes) instead. This will make it easy to identify and repair a damaged WMI installation. Close the window and restart your computer. If you are using a Windows XP installation that has not been modified by a functional service pack, go to step 4.
Type “net winmgmt ” stop (without quotes) and press Enter non the keyboard. This will open the Windows Management Instrumentation window and the WMI content source folder.
