It simply means that the CD player is not recognizing the disc for some reason. This error can be caused by a variety of things, from a dirty CD lens to a unique CD format not compatible with most players.
How this concept was born:
– DVD player on
– The screen says “Please wait”
– Instead of “waiting”, I pressed one of the buttons to open the DVD player and insert the DVD.
– There is a small drawer where you put your DVD and when that flap opens, the drawer is still inside all DVD players.
– I thought it was probably nothing, and I just needed to close it like that and open it again.
– When I closed it, it went to another DVD (there are 5 DVD slots, but only 1 flap opens)
– that he wanted to start playing this DVD, but suddenly it seemed to him that something was stuck there.
– I just tried to open the door again (where you put your DVDs), but it didn’t even open
– The sound continued (the sound is the same as when trying to process a DVD, but unfortunately it crashes)
– No matter how many times I tried to open it wide, it didn’t work and finally it showed the error message: C 31 00

Why is my Sony DVD player stuck on loading?
Possible Causes and Solutions for DVD Player Boot Problems In this case, if the DVD player does not load all discs, the contact lenses and the DVD player’s motherboard may be dirty or damaged. Try a different disc, if the problem with loading the DVD player does not occur with an additional disc, check to see if the problem disc is almost certainly dirty or scratched.
– Turn on the DVD player
– Inserts into the first disc slot (and turns inward to find the correct slot)
– Try loading a DVD there (when each of our “stuck” sounds starts)
– Noise (“stuck” noise) is back
– It looks like it’s trying to process the DVD, but nothing happens, only sound. As if something started but couldn’t turn.
– Returns error C: 31 00 (not to be confused with C 13 00)

How do I fix my Sony DVD player that won’t play?
Turn off the DVD player.Unplug the DVD player’s power cord from the wall outlet.Leave the DVD player turned off for a certainoh minute.Plug the power cord back into the outlet.Turn on the DVD player.
The DVD player came with a home theater system, the only part number I could find is a cream one: DAV-BC150
So I think it’s a Sony DAV-BC150 home theater system.
I have a Sony DAV-FX500 DVD player, bought probably 11-12 years ago. He came out in 2010. This wonderful morning I put the DVD on and now I hear crackling. I can’t extract anything and the DVD won’t play often. This gives me a meaningful C 31 00 error message and it usually says the drive is dirty first on the screen. Turning it on/off didn’t help, and Sony tech support didn’t help at all. Essentially, they showed me links to a “off site” site.Plug it in and turn it on, which I just tried before I even called them. Try
It’s time to unscrew the machine to see if I can get the top off, which I couldn’t (it’s an awesome DVD slot, definitely not a tray). At the moment I would like to burn the DVD myself and probably buy another player anyway, because this one is very old. However, this situation has worked before. Any advice on whether to completely disassemble the machine or restart it would be appreciated.

Why does my Sony DVD player say no disc?
If the message NO DISC, DISC ERROR or INSERT DISC appears on the DVD player’s screen, check the following: Make sure there is a disc in the player. Make sure the disc is inserted correctly, with the playback side down in the disc tray. Make sure the disc you are using is supported by the player.
We’ve put together an amazing 5-disc DVD home theater from Sony. Mary inserted a disc, now it won’t eject and/or play. This shows that there are no discs in the device, but they have definitely tested one by checking every DVD box expert.
I remove the case cover to find the disc changer in theWait for a sealed plastic box. It seems that to remove the changer you need to remove exactly the front panel of the device and that the lock is 23, that you have to open the disc tray to reveal the face I am looking at a minimum account of $130 in the morning to deposit. I’m ready to throw away the record and buy another, but Mary wants her movie.
The listing shows error code C thirty-one 00, thanks for any help.
Look for a small hole in the front (or back) of the case. Insert a paper clip and also press it. You should empty the basket.
