Spry: Select
Description
The spry: choose construct gives you the functional equivalent of a case statement or an if / else if / else construct. To create the “spry: choose” structure, add the “spry: choose” attribute to the element. Then add one or more child elements using the spry: when attributes. The “spry: when” attribute value must be a JavaScript expression that returns null, not null / false, creates an element with the “spry: default” attribute. The “spry: default” attribute does not require a value, in fact XHTML says that all attributes must have a specific value, so we use event E to set the capacity value equal to its name.
The production area engine evaluates the spry: when attribute of each node, provided they are specified in their parent. The spry: default element takes longer and longer to evaluate, and only if the spry: when expression did not return a nonzero value.
