Windows 7 allows you to create a recovery CD only by burning the corresponding CD or DVD. Windows 8 and 10 let you create a USB recovery power supply or write a recovery disc, whichever most people prefer.

If you don’t have Windows installation media, you can download almost any Windows 7, 8, or 10 ISO image from Microsoft and burn it to a disc by copyingOn a USB stick. This is completely legal.
Make sure you are using media that matches the version of Windows you want to recover – for example, Windows 10 installation messages for Windows 10 PCs Windows 7 installation media for Windows PCs is more effective.
Insert a disc or USB flash drive into a computer that cannot boot properly when booted from the device.
For Windows 8 and 10, click the “Repair your computer” procedure instead of “Install Now” on the installation screen. Then select Troubleshoot> Run to Repair, Run Startup Repair.
If you are using Windows See 7, the “Repair your computer” link will appear there as well. Click on it and Windows will launch the Startup Repair Tool.
This tool won’t fix any problems. In some cases, your family’s Windows installation can be so damaged that experts argue that reinstalling Windows is the only option. If Startup Repair does not start automatically, restart your computer. After turning on your computer again, quickly press the F8 key on your keyboard until you see some advanced boot options screens. Select Startup Repair, then press ↵ Enter. Boot recovery has been launched and is trying to resolve international issues.
Make sure your boot order is probably set to the correct hard drive, your home memory is recognized and your processor is not overheating (if your BIOS is above 90 degrees Celsius, something is wrong). Currently, you can also disable Fast Startup if a later Windows update conflicts with it.
