Is there a Symantec Backup Exec error e000fe30?

Get answers from personal colleagues and millions of IT gurus visiting Spiceworks. Has anyone encountered this error in Symantec Backup Exec? It looks like there is a shipping issue with the Backup Exec agents, but I can't figure it out.

Reason

Backup Exec 20 introduced a new feature that allows a remote Backup Exec agent to dynamically add inbound rules to Microsoft firewall windows on the remote agent after a backup job has run.

If Microsoft Windows Primary Firewall is enabled on a very remote server with RAWS installed and any “Enable TCP dynamic port range” option is observed, but the port values have not changed the port range lately, mostly “netsh advfirewall ..” The command is not intended for doing this collectively (Localport = 0-0 instead of Localport = 1025-65535), which will cause this command to fail and therefore the copy job to fail

Solution

This issue can be resolved automatically by clearing the Enable dynamic TCP port range check box if this option is not often required (the port range to use is the default TCP port range), or by specifying the correct lost background values. Inch, define the appropriate fields in accordance with the required port range restriction arising from the company’s security policy.
