Accessing Windows Vista Task Manager
How do I enable Task Manager in Vista?
You can now click Start, type taskmgr in the Start Search text box, and press Enter.You can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Alt + Del and optionally select “Launch Task Manager” from the menu on the login screen.
Does Windows Vista have Task Manager?
Access to the full Windows Vista Task Manager Undoubtedly, you can access the Task Manager in Windows Vista in the same way as in Windows XP, with a few minor differences. For example, you can right-click on the taskbar and select Task Manager from the contextual pane, or press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Esc].

Applications Tab
If you open the main applications as a tab, as shown in Figure B,You will find that it works the same as it does in Windows Vista.with Windows XP. It usually allows you to determine the status of the task as well as at runtime,change or create a new task.

Process Tab

The Services tab, shown in Figure F, is completely new toTask Manager in Windows Vista. It also gives you a convenient wayWhen troubleshooting, quickly verify that the services are running.

If you want to determine if a particular running service is boundFor a specific solution, you can right click on the service designation and select the optionAccess the Process command in the role shown in Figure G. If you are managing, it will be the Task Manager.Then go to the Processes tab and mark the associated process.

Remember that when you click Go to Process and not to Processhighlighted in the “Processes” tab, the process is not running under your user.Check. To see each of the processes, you have to click on “Processes” to inform you all about it.Custom button and go through UAC no doubt.
