it looks like there was a file corruption error in your installation.
Turn on the computer three times, then disconnect it from the computer.
After a while, your computer will boot into the advanced recovery environment.
Click Advanced Options.
Click “Troubleshoot”.
Click Advanced Options.
Click on Launch Options
Click on restart
Press (4) to enter safe mode.
Wait for Windows 10 to boot into reliable mode.
Login
Press Windows Key + R
Type: appwiz.cpl
Press Enter
Click Show Installed Updates.
Select problems. Update
Right-click, then select Uninstall.
Restart normally, then check if stability / functionality has been achieved. If so, proceed to the next steps.

Yes, Microsoft has released a Knowledge Base update (KB3073930) that allows users to hide or hide Windows or driver updates.

Once you get it, run it and click Next, wait while it detects pending Windows updates.

Type: rstrui.exe
Press Enter

In the full Task Manager window, click Options> Always Top and enable Always Top mode. A check box appears to the left of the option.
