I am a beginner and this is my first post and after that I was hoping you can help me very quickly some of the problems I am having with my computer.
I’m tech-savvy, and when I don’t know a language, I have enough common sense and resources to learn about it. However, step by step instructions are always preferred! : D
I am using Windows 7 32 (legal copy, however – I borrowed a great w7 disk from my friend and I have no more freely available disks with Windows 7

Here’s the deal.
When I try to start the task manager, it tells me that taskmgr is not actually a valid win32 file.
This problem formed like this.
My friend was and wanted to play Skyrim.
I charged and hovered, tried to play. However, the concept told me that Skyrim was hard to find right now and that I would have to try it later. Something was wrong knowing the situation was like this and I went to Google how to deal with it. As it turned out, scanning and updating the game files showed that I was missing one, and after replacing the home, the launcher Skyrim is working again! So, I started the launcher and used “play”. Nothing happened. I tried again. Nothing happened. Then I realized that I had reduced the size of my nvidea drivers to be able to play Dragon Origins Age: I updated my YouTube video drivers from nvidea, after which the game appeared a second time. Again, little or nothing happened. I suspected that the process I was going through was just stuck or looping somewhere, so press i Ctrl + Alt + dlt to open the Task Manager. Again, nothing was possible. My computer does not freeze, there were no error messages, nothing happened.

I right clicked on Task Manager’s sensitive taskbar and finally got the error that the new Task Manager is not a Win32 program.
This usually happens to me for the first time, and I didn’t know how to easily deal with it.
I rebooted my computer, then launched Defender, got Windows and got nothing. I had a virus before and learned a few tips for surfing the internet safely and it worked for me – great. The only thing that Irecently uploaded this is Sid Miers Pirates !, but it was flawless and nothing remarkable happened.
However, after a while I got into my startup, so I accidentally shut down many SERVICES from startup to startup (instead of launchers). It was a while ago, and it was also pure coincidence. I realized my mistake when I might have tried to open Steam, and he again told me that most of the time iTunes does not work, especially after being told that iTunes was not installed correctly. Do I just need to reinstall to fix this?)
I thought I messed up the pitch awhile ago, and after that, he finally came back to bite our ass. I had no recollection that these services were initially enabled / disabled, so recently I thought that I was going to do a system boost a few days ago and that it would be fine. System activation did not start (forgot the error message) and it was stupid and unnecessary.
I don’t remember what happened next, but I launched and performed System Restore just toto find that there are NO restore points on my computer. Nothing. That is, I could not restore the previous opportunity! I know for sure that he effortlessly restores points every Tuesday at 2 am (or something like that, I have never been particularly shy or used his services), so I can not go to the previous point or use the daily routine manager.
I don’t have a virus, however I don’t think I have malware (my particular program didn’t just do something – if so, I don’t know about it. Learning other programs works fine, I think the only thing is, what is worth mentioning is that most of my Hotmail account has been blocked from receiving “send a bunch of spam after saying” this has happened before … I really don’t feel connected, but it’s worth mentioning, I guess)
Also: I went to the system32 data file and manually looked for the taskmanager.exe file. Was it there and the same error popped up at startup. I think other programs are actually giving me an error, but I can’t think of any I have a relationship to this, and it can be just one or even two.
Also! I cannot use any of these on the flash ports of my USB drive. Having said that, I inserted a USB stick into your machine and my computer boosted “de-dum” and said it detects new hardware, but this method does not prompt me to “read any new bubble”, “hardware” or not display any new RAM on the control panel. I tried one or two USB drives on the front and back of the computer. After connecting, nothing happens. The flash has a light that lights up again when you plug it in, this increases the lighting (and the computer makes a sound when you plug it in), but absolutely nothing like that happens. Connecting other hardware such as my mouse button or keyboard is called correctly and immediately and works fine when I connect them)
I have access to regedit, msconfig, table control. My computer does not prevent me (yet?) From gaining access to anything.

-!> Taskmgr does not start because it never appearswith a valid Win32 application. (This is the most important problem.)
-> I have looked for patches to fix this problem, but this problem is always related to the victim being infected, which is reason enough for some viruses. I don’t think I have one right now, so I am making a new post.
-> I never got the disc, but I have a new working copy of w7 32bit
-> I recently downloaded a torrent, but I’m really 98% sure it was a pure insider. (2% errors, all from the internet)
-> I uploaded a perfect single file on Steam (just before you first saw the error)
-> Music file taskmanager.exe is working correctly placed in (95% safe folder) system32.
-> I can edit the access using msconfig, but I still have admin rights. It seems that nothing is prohibited / modified.
-> To launch the Task Manager from the Ctrl-Alt-Del site, absolutely nothing happens. Failure (no performance window or error, etc.)
-> Trying to start Skyrim gave the same result, didn’t start at all)
-> I ran every scan from Windows Defender but got nothing
-> My softwareThe restore point security has been removed and I am having problems opening / starting.
-> To play Dragon Age: Origins, I uninstalled the nvidea graphics drivers that installed an older version. When Skyrim probably did not start, I installed the most recent ones, on the contrary, nothing happened. This has given me some trouble lately, but absolutely nothing.
-> (Maybe not to do with it) My Hotmail username and password (not my Gmail, which I use every day!) and spam blocked
> My USB 2.0 ports don’t recognize my flash drives at all – computer makes noise as soon as I plug them in, but no hint / new location detection is unambiguously confirmed.

The message “winzipxxx.exe is not a legal Win32 application” means that the EXE file has not been fully downloaded.
