Where can I install termcap from or aptitude?

Apt-get or aptitude only have termcap-compact, whereas I still see termcap collection not found when I try to install my computer (third party development kit). It only comes to my computer. There is a .tar.gz on this page, but it looks like it is the source, I have how to install it ..

Where do I find the argument termtype in termcap?

The termtype argument is a string, which should be the name of the type of machine to find. You usually get it from the TERM environment variable using getenv (TERM). Alternatively, if you are using the GNU version of termcap, you will often ask tgetent to allocate a lot of disk space.

Yes, you can install other termcaps. openssl and other libndevel libraries. Do I have another missed package?
