    I also have a USB551L and am having problems with the product. My first problem was that the VZAccess CD crashed on the VZW website and missed the initial obstacle. But just as soon as I thought it would finally work, I got the “WMC104” error!

    I scoured the internet and various assemblies and found nothing that could fix the problem. I may be an idiot, but somehow for the last 20 minutes I’ve been trying to figure out where to go to the VZW online store to check the status of my own SIM and I couldn’t find it. Can anyone help me?

    When I was selecting a device in the VZW store, the salesperson told me that I just needed to go into the room and install the VZAccess Manager software and that particular device was ready to use. I am skeptical about this but try not to know where to go and see what I can do.

    I contacted support by phone when I had the first problem and the person I spoke to didn’t activate at all. I discovered this myself. Sigh – HELP, please!
