How do I see all system tray icons?

In the monitor image below the pokAzana is the Windows Vista taskbar with, among other icons, the Outlook envelope icon highlighted in a special red border.
When you click on the cover image, a menu appears as shown in the screenshot below. If you go to “Hide parameter envelope”, the asterisk on the envelope will disappear and will only appear when you reactivate it using the following tutorials.
Activate The Envelope Symbol Again
In Outlook, select “Tools” from the main menu and therefore “Options”. You will see a window similar to the person shown in the screenshot below. Click on the “Mail Options” type highlighted in the red square in the screenshot below.
You will now see a window similar to the one below with some email options. You want to click the More Email Options button, which is highlighted again with a red square in the screenshot.
The final screen, shown below, contains the email program for the “advanced” options. The option to display the famous envelope on the taskbar is categorized as’ Show icon “Envelope in alert box” as shown in the red box in the screenshot below.
Just check the box and click OK until you return to Outlook. Now when a message arrives, Outlook displays the cover icon on the taskbar again.

Thanks to “EEBizguy” for pointing out why, regardless of the settings, the envelope icon is not displayed when using the rules for one-way letters. The envelope with the icon will be displayed only in those letters that go directly to your inbox. Is this true if you, like me, use IMAP and let the server filter pages to automatically filter emails to other IMAP folders? As with the Outlook specs, the envelope icon will only appear for emails that go directly to your inbox. Unfortunately, you cannot complete this.
Lack of little things can be a big new event, such as pain; for example, the lack of a new envelope in the notification area (also called the taskbar).

The final show is shown below and includes “advanced” email options. The option to display the mail icon on the taskbar is categorized as “Show envelope icon in alert window” as highlighted in red in the next screenshot. Just check the box next to the person and keep clicking OK until you return to Outlook.
For convenience, the mailer is displayed for messages that are usually sent to the standard mailbox. When a message provided by a spam filter is intercepted or moved, the envelope icon usually does not appear. The icon also doesn’t appear for additional mailboxes that share the same Exchange account.
Note.
For physical send / receive actions and first send / receive policies after Outlook starts, the envelope icon is also often not displayed.

If you want to receive a new email notification for messages that would normally move according to a rule, you can create a new email notification rule yourself.

Unused and inactive templates in the notification area are automatically hidden pretty quickly.

- Start-> Settings-> Personalization-> Taskbar-> Select icons to display on the main taskbar.

How do I restore my system tray icons?

The envelope icon may also appear on the Outlook icon itself if Windows does not install the taskbar and display small icons. Works regardless of the notification area setting.
