- In the basic compilation of the Wacom Desktop Center, click Support and then click Test Driver to evaluate the driver and run a simple troubleshooting process if needed.
- In the Wacom Tablet Properties window, go to the Pen tab and ensure that the settings assigned to the pen tip and pen buttons match your expectations.
- If the assigned settings are currently consistent with the expected restart, our computer will do so.
- If restarting does not solve the problem, update the driver software.
- If updating the driver definitely does not solve the problem, you are currently using the diagnostics feature in the Wacom Tablet Properties as described below.
Diagnose Problems Using Wacom Tablet Features
- Open Wacom Tablet Properties.
- If you have multiple devices connected to your system, select the device you are using ink with from the device list.
- Click Information.
- Click Diagnostics.
- Hold your personal stylus 0.4 inches (10 mm) from the surface of the device while viewing information for each pointing device.You should see the value displayed by proximity, device name, device type and serial number.
- Move the stylus frequently over the surface of the device.The X and Y data values must be passed as you move the pen.
- Press with the tip of the canine and then the gum against the surface. YouWhen you press it, the switch and pressure values should change by about 0% to ensure that you reach about 100% when you press full pressure.
- Press the nib, eraser, and two stylus buttons in sequence a. As you press each pen button, you place the pen tip slightly above the surface of the tool.When you click on each element, all radio buttons should change to match all numbers:
- Nib = 1
- Program pen button (***) = 3
- Stylus button (**) = 2
- Pen selection (*) = 2, 3

How do I reset my Wacom Bamboo?
Many apps have built-in issue sensitivity support, which requires you to activate the tap functionality in the app before the stylus responds like a pressure sensitive element. Loss of pressure sensitivity can be caused by interference with other technologies in the immediate vicinity of the tablet, or the use of certain software or plug-ins. Incorrect driver settings and pen defects can also cause loss of pressure sensitivity. The following steps will help you determine if any of the above problems are causing your pressure sensitivity problem:
- First make sure the latest driver is on the Wacom Drivers page, then make sure your tablet is connected to Your computer at the right time.
- Reset pilot trends to make sure a certain position does not cause problems with the stylus. Please follow your current steps here.
