Here are some simple steps that can help solve the problem of starting win xp in safe mode only. Once Windows XP starts in Safe Mode, just click the Start button, go to All Programs | Accessories | System tools menu associated with the System Restore selection. Since you are running in Safe Mode, the only option you will see is the initial screen of the System Restore Wizard, Restore my computer to an earlier time and it is selected by default, just click Next.

Start your computer. Multiple filtering system, F8, on the keyboard immediately after a specific Dell logo screen disappears until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears. (If the Windows Advanced Options menu does not appear, restart your system and try again.)
When I need to load regularly, all I see is a completely black screen (no XP logo loaded) and nothing happens.
If I press F8, I can safely boot into. I tried System Chkdsk Restore and sfc / scannow and nothing worked.

In safe mode, follow these instructions to perform a clean boot. If the computing device boots normally, there is a potential battle that requires you to gradually activate the startup items until a red screen appears.
After pressing f8, you can also use the last known working configuration to display it in the current menu.

Time: 05:00 in safe mode, follow these instructions to perform a clean reboot. If the computer starts up normally, there is an occasional conflict that you should try.Go by checking the startup items one by one until you see a black screen.

Hello, before you write that I booted the recovery console and went to bootfix and now I can’t even get into safe mode.
If necessary, I have ERD Commander and HirensScanning for malware: use Antivirus app to scan for malware and remove home in safe mode.Run System Restore: If your computer has been performing well recently, although it is now unstable, you can use System Restore to restore its system state to what was previously considered a good configuration.
In safe mode, follow the clean boot instructions. If the computer boots up normally, there is definitely a conflict that you need to find in order to activate the startup items one by one until you get to a black screen.
After pressing f8, you can also use the last known working configuration from the menu.

If you have completed theOand bootfix and can’t access Windows anymore, try the following steps, but I can’t imagine it will help.

If you do not have an XP installation CD / DVD with the same SP that is usually installed on your computer, your only option is to try a new System Restore with ERD Commander.
If you have any embedded files on your desktop after the actual restore date, be sure to copy them to your Documents folder. Do for this all thoughts on the computer. Itemprop = “replyToUrl”># 7

If you do not have an XP installation disc, because the same SP that is often installed on a computer is often installed on a computer, the easiest option would be to try System Restore with ERD Commander.
If you placed any file types on the desktop after the checkpoint, copy them to the Documents folder. Do this for each account associated with your computer.
Is it possible to remove the video factor in Safe Mode?
I uninstalled and restarted the video store. Only safe mode worked, same problem.
If you do not have an XP installation disk with the same SP in the form of what is installed on your computer, the only option is to try to restore your system using ERD Commander.
Use the Windows + R keys to display the command line.Type “msconfig” and press Enter to filter the menu.Select the “Start” tab.Uncheck Secure Boot if it is checked.Reboot your computer.
If you have files on your personal computer after the date Recovery, they will be printed in the Documents folder. Do this for each account on your computer.

Almost everything has been tried, including all sfc / scannow. I think your only choice in the above paragraph is to perform a repair boot when you have an installation disc and the same SP as on your computer right now.
Speed up your computer's performance now with this simple download.
