Over the past few days, some of our users have encountered a known bug with win32 error code returned by print handler 183. This issue occurs for several reasons. Let’s find out about them below.

I keep trying, but I don’t understand why. I’ve tried everything I can find in this section of the forum.
I looked at BIOS and SiSoft updates and sandra even dug out and used the Dell diagnostic tool that is on my software CD.
Sandra is my diagnostic resource and the device manager swears at her, I installed the correct drivers and the device does not work by itself, is it connected. I As far as I know, the printer must be allowed to communicate with my computer. We tried very hard to change any type of language/data format (LEMF, RAW, TEXT, etc.).
I don’t know what to do, I’ll contact Dell to inquire about a specific new printer. I just can’t figure out why everything can just print. But the device seems to be using Win2k,which seems to make things easier than WinXP, use is terrible, at least yours is better than mine.
I’m sorry I couldn’t tell you the good news. I really hope that it is this printer and the new instructions that will solve everything.
Edit: Have you entered all your error codes into the Windows Support Knowledge Base? I find a lot of answers to strange problems there, often with fairly extensive error documentation. The Dell Knowledge Base also contains your answer.
Hey guys, I’m having a problem where print jobs are definitely not being sent from the domain to all printers.
The GP setting allows all customers and domains to all print applications.
When you finally try to print something, you are told that the job has been submitted (no errors)
It looks like the server won’t get it, combined with the fact that the server can’t print to it
