Hopefully this guide will help you when you encounter fatal error 142. This error indicates that the position of the mint drum could not be determined. Grasp the middle of the toner cartridge (1) with both hands, pull out the imaging drum, and normally insert it back into the machine. Repeat this process for deep blacks, yellows, magenta, and cyan colors.

ANSWER
This error, which indicates the position of the imaging drum, should not be recognized.
Follow the steps below to insert the imaging drum back into the machine and then turn it on again.

Press the button (A), open, and the output tray (1) will stop sooner or later.

Grasp the center of the toner cartridge (1) on both sides, pull out the imaging drum, and reinsert it into the mustachetriple.
Repeat for yellow, black, magenta and cyan.

Do not touch the fuser behind the cyan toner cartridge / drum unit because it is hot.
Do not expose the drum unit to direct sunlight, strong or bright (approximately 1500 lux or more). It is not necessary to leave it in the room exposed to light for more than 5 minutes.
When reinstalling, align the notch on the drum with the symbols (1) with the arrow (2) on the unit.

Close the output tray (1) so that it is pressed snugly against the center at the top.

Always press and hold the switch for about one person in the second position.

Wait for a while and the system will automatically shutdown andthe main LED indicating power to the switch will turn off permanently.
