Most problems with Etherchannels (link aggregation) can be attributed to misconfiguration. Remember that the configuration of all sports interfaces must be the same. With this in mind, Let’s take a look at some of the common problems with Etherchannels.
The idea is to enable FastEthernet 0/13 and 0/14 in Etherchannel, but that doesn’t work. Let’s take a look at the first problem …
Invalid Etherchannel Mode
Let’s take a look at our first problem: Etherchannel is not working properly. First, we check if all interfaces are functional:

We can verify that the port channel screen was created, but it is inactive again. Let’s take a look at the details:

Here’s a cool command to test this Etherchannel. Use the show etherchannel summary cookie for your port’s channels. We see it. If sw1 was configured for LACP with SW2 for PAgP, it will never work. Let’s take a closer look:

The best team is the etherchannel retail program. This gives you fantastic information, but I’m especially interested in knowing if LACP is configured in passive or active mode. Interfaces active in the structure will “actively” try to form a single air channel. Interfaces in passive mode will only perform LACP actions on demand. Let’s take a look at SW2:

Step 1. Find Access Locations. Examine the switches. When physical ports are uniquely assigned to an EtherChannel port, they behave like a port themselves.Step 2: Set the ports if you need trunk mode. A. Make sure all busy ports in the topology are installed on the trunk.
Common EtherChannel issues are as follows: The ports assigned to the EtherChannel are not part of the same VLAN or have not been configured as trunks. Ports with different natural VLANs cannot form EtherChannel. It looks like trunking has been reconfigured on some ports on which it forms EtherChannel, but not all.
Why isn’t the EtherChannel packet working? Switches use incompatible approaches to EtherChannel negotiation. Switch ports are not configured in trunk mode. The Trunk ID must be different for Switch A and Switch B.
