How do I clear and reset the print spooler?

On the host, open a Run window by pressing the Windows Essential logo + R.In the Run box, enter agencies.Scroll down to Print Spooler.Right-click on the print spooler and select Stop.Go to C: Windows System32 spool PRINTERS and thus delete all files in the folder.

For reference, here are the general steps we can try when resetting the print spooler:

1. Start, click Run,enter “Services.msc” (without the line in the markers) in the field that opens and click “OK”.

7. Click Start. In the Startup Type list, make sure the preference is set to Automatic and click OK.
